Stomper Net | The Net Effect ….. we’ve fallen out of love

broken heartWe’ve fallen out of love with Stomper Net – can’t believe I am saying this as for the past year they have been an inspiring source of information, news, articles, seminars, learning dvd’s…. the list goes on.  They have almost become our Bible of all things SEO.

However, it is a shame to say it, but for all their preaching about good customer serice, the customer being number one priority, the customer being the driving force of your business, their customer service has badly let them down.  The list of bad service experiences goes on and on so I wont bore you with the details but it ranges from losing our account details completely to the latest being that they dont like sending information overseas anyway and are thinking of stopping doing this.  So, therefore our UK money and business is clearly no good for them anymore but it has been good enough for them for the past year even when we were not receiving the products they promised.

So, before this becomes a complete rant I also want to point out our dissapointment.  The work that Stompernet does is fantastic, the results speak for themselves and their profits show that their practices work.  Unfortunately they have got too big for us little guys and the UK £ is of no consequence to them anymore.

Sorry to hear this. I’ve experienced StomperNet some, but have not actually become a member. You mention that the list of bad customer service goes on and on. Is that nationwide or just locally in UK? I’ve thought about joining for some time but have not made the jump yet.

    Hi Corey

in our opinion it depends what type of business you have – if you have an e-commerce business then go for it. The information the provide is absolutely fantastic and we really can’t fault the stuff that they produce. The issues we have had have all been purely customer service based and in the main are down to the administration of rather than the content of if you get what I mean. If you are based in the USA you are going to have no bother at all, being in the UK seems to be our biggest hurdle.
